www.cemedeco.gr reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions of transactions carried out through the e-shop, according to its needs and common commercial practice. Any modification shall be effective from the time it is published on the website and shall not affect orders already submitted.
The customer always pays the price displayed on the website at the time the order is completed. Prices are listed in euros (€) and include the applicable VAT. Shipping costs (if any) are shown in detail before final submission of the order. The business reserves the right to change product prices without prior notice, without affecting orders that have already been confirmed.
Available payment methods: payment by debit/credit card, bank transfer, IRIS. Card payments are carried out in a secure environment of the payment service provider. The business does not store card details. For payment by bank transfer, a payment receipt may be required in order for the order to be processed.
Shipping areas: Greece. Shipping providers: Box Now, Easy Mail. Estimated delivery time: 2–3 business days (may vary for islands/remote areas). The risk of loss or damage is transferred to the consumer upon receipt. Please check the condition of the parcel upon delivery and report any visible damage immediately to the carrier and to us.
We make every effort to present our products accurately (photos/colors/dimensions). However, due to different screen settings and the handmade nature of the items, there may be small variations in color, texture, or details (e.g., splashes/stone-effect/terrazzo), which do not constitute a defect. For “made to order” or “custom” items, the preparation time is stated in the product description or communicated during contact. For customized orders, cancellation is not possible after confirmation or once production has started.
www.cemedeco.gr makes every effort to inform consumers in a timely manner regarding product availability. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, you will be informed promptly about an alternative solution or a refund. The business shall not be liable to the customer/user for any damages arising from failure to fulfill an order due to force majeure (indicatively: extreme weather conditions, strikes, network failures, carrier delays). The online store is not responsible for any technical issues users may experience while accessing the website that relate to the operation or compatibility of their own equipment with the website. The website is provided “as is”.
The website www.cemedeco.gr is the official online presence of the business. All content on the website (images, graphics, photos, designs, texts, logos, services and products) is the intellectual/industrial property of the business or the lawful rights holders and is protected by the relevant provisions of Greek and EU law as well as international conventions. Any copying, reproduction, uploading, republication, distribution or transmission is prohibited without prior written permission.
The user/consumer undertakes not to use the e-shop to send, publish or otherwise disclose content that is illegal, defamatory, harmful, immoral, offensive or threatening, or that expresses racial/racist/national discrimination. The user must provide true and accurate information when placing an order and refrain from abusive conduct.
Unless a legal exception applies, the consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance sales contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the day of delivery. To exercise the right of withdrawal, send a clear statement to info@camedeco.gr. Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer. Products must be returned unused, in excellent condition, and in their original packaging. The business may withhold the refund until the products are received or until proof of return shipment is provided.
Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made according to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized (custom/made to order).
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged in transit, or different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately, sending photos and your order number. We will proceed, as applicable, with replacement/repair/refund in accordance with applicable law.
These terms are governed by Greek law. For any dispute, the courts of Athens shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions.
