Unless a legal exception applies, the consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance sales contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the day of delivery. To exercise the right of withdrawal, please send a clear statement to info@camedeco.gr.
Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer. Products must be returned unused, in excellent condition, and in their original packaging. The business may withhold the refund until the products are received or until proof of return shipment is provided.
Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made according to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized (custom / made-to-order).
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during shipping, or different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately by sending photos and your order number. We will proceed, as applicable, with replacement/repair/refund in accordance with applicable law.
